dbs was recently approached by a client after land was illegally utilised as a secure car park compound, subsequently holding over 200 customer vehicles.
The client instructed dbs to recapture the land and have all customer vehicles removed promptly.
Twenty-four hours later, the dbs team attended, equipped to resolve the situation peacefully with additional support security and served notice on the occupant.
Officers remained in-occuptation for seven hours supervising the successful site clearance.
The instructing national landowner was delighted with the immediate attendance and peaceful resolution – the client said of the removal:"Thank-you for the confirmation of successful land eviction, really good effort all-round!"
