As part of our market growth in pre-legal debt recovery service collections, we have this week opened our new dedicated Collections Call Centre.
The new collections office is located at Dallam Court in Warrington and will be the operating centre for dbs’ group sister company, Churchill Recovery Solutions Limited. The company will embark on a major recruitment drive for inbound sales, customer support and administrative staff over 2012.
The Collections Centre will become the second operating office in the North West followed by recent growth within the company’s existing accounts as well as from new customers, prompting the opening of the new facility.
