dbs High Court Enforcement

As a follow on from our recent communication of former tenant arrears, the dbs High Court division has been working successfully in assisting clients in dealing with the securing and enforcement of CCJ’s.

Many clients obtain a CCJ however rely on the Court to deal with the process and enforcement. CCJ’s of £600 or more in value can be dealt with in a different manner by the transferring from County to High Court.

As one of the UK’s leading recovery services, we are providing you, our client, with a free transfer-up of secured Judgments to the High Court for Enforcement.

The process from start to allocation of a High Court Enforcement Officer is managed by dbs on behalf of its client and following the successful transfer-up of the Judgment, a High Court Enforcement Officer will attend the defaulter’s known premises within 72 hours to enforce the warrant.
