Bolton Borough Council, an existing client of dbs, recently invited the dbs team to attend and chair a review of their current commercial operational account procedures. The meeting was attended by Principal Estates Surveyor among other colleagues and covered a wide spectrum of topics.
dbs led a presentation of the range of pre-enforcement and enforcement services available to the council as well a case study review on a current collection matter in which dbs are working on the recovery of an outstanding account, with arrears of £15,000.
