dbs has recently been appointed by Industrious, following the arrival of illegal occupants at one of their units. The team at dbs acted immediately and within the hour had an Officer in-attendance.
The Officer served the defendants with notice and within the following two hours the site was reported vacant with all persons and vehicles peacefully cleared.
Stuart Haydon, Asset Manger of Industrious said of the removal: ‘Once again, dbs provided an extremely efficient and reliable service.'
